I'm a trial user - how do I subscribe?
Each time you log on to MyOffice you'll see a countdown of the number of days remaining in your trial. e.g. your trial expires in 23 days.
When you're ready to subscribe, just click the 'Subscribe' button next to this 'countdown' message and follow the instructions.
Alternatively, come to the MyOffice website, click the "My Account" link in the top right corner of every page, log on with your account's admin user, and subscribe from there.
Note that, regardless of when you subscribe during the trial period, you subscription will start from the END of the trial.

NB: Before you re-subscribe you should delete any unwanted users using Tools > User Admin. The subscription process will not allow you to subscribe for fewer users than you have set up in your account.
There are 2 parts to adding more users:
(1) Subscribe for the additional user(s)

To SUBSCRIBE for additional users go to www.myoffice.net and click on the My Account link in the right corner of the page. Log on and click the 'Add Users' button. Follow the instructions to subscribe for the user(s). At the end of the process you'll see a link to print out your invoice.
NB: The subscription is pro-rata'd up to your annual renewal date. e.g. If you subscribe for a user half way through your renewal year you'll only pay half the subscription.
To SET UP THE USER, first re-start MyOffice to make it recognise the new user limit.
Then click Tools > User Admin to add the user(s).
If you need more calendars click Tools > Diary Admin.
Go to www.myoffice.net and click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
Log on as an admin user.
A list of invoices for your account will be displayed at the bottom of the page. Click on an invoice in the list to display that invoice.
