Whether you're collaborating with other users on a project or simply delegating work to individuals .... the ability to share task lists can help you to plan and control events.

You can set up task lists for individuals or projects or anything that needs doing. Task lists can be shared by other users in your account, and you configure which users have access to the lists.

Everyone's requirements are different so you'll probably want to customise your tasks by configuring your own 'Custom' fields. This feature lets you add your own fields to the Task window and view them in the List views.
