Windows Mobile version

The Windows Mobile version of MyOffice runs on Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PCs or Windows Mobile 6 Professional devices, i.e. ones with touch screens.

You can find out the version of Windows Mobile on your device by selecting Settings off the main menu, selecting the System Tab and then clicking on the About icon.

MyOffice for Pocket PC

The Pocket PC version allows you to connect directly to the MyOffice Server in the same way as the Desktop version.

You can access your Diaries, Contacts and Emails.

The Pocket PC version is a specially written 'mini' version of MyOffice that connects directly to the MyOffice server. It uses the inbuilt internet connection provided by GPRS Wireless LAN, GPRS, 3G, Bluetooth etc. to keep you up to date anywhere, anytime.

All data transferred is compressed and encrypted and kept to a minimum, so it's fast, safe and cost effective.

Diaries

Make, view and change appointments in all diaries. Just like the Desktop version you can view/overlay multiple diaries. You can also access any 'user defined fields' you have configured.

Contacts

Manage all your contacts and contact groups.

Make phone calls and send emails by finding the contact and then clicking on the Phone or Email buttons.

Email

Send and receive emails just like the desktop version. Read HTML email. Send, receive and view attachments. Receive email anywhere, anytime, automatically.

Emails are received on the MyOffice server using your Rules and the Spam Filtre and then passed on the your Pocket PC
