Full De-install / Re-install Instructions

The following instructions will completely de-install MyOffice from your PC and re-install the latest version.

Do the following:

(1)

Click START > Windows Update and  select the  'Express' option. Update any High Priority items.

(2)

Click START > Settings > Control Panel > Add & Remove Programs and remove MyOffice.NET. (Vista users should click START > Settings > Control Panel > Programs and Features)

DO NOT remove Microsoft's.NET Platform

NB:  If you have more than one copy of MyOffice.NET, remove them all.

(3)

Click START > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options > General Tab and click the 'Delete Files' button in the Temporary Internet Files section.

(4)

On your Desktop open the folder called 'My Documents' and delete all folders and files with MyOffice in the title (MyOffice.NET folder, MyOffice Offline Data folder, MyOfficeInstaller)

(5)

Go to the install location of MyOffice (usually c:/Program Files\) and delete the MyOffice.NET directory.

(6)

Go to www.myoffice.net and click on the 'Downloads' link at the top of the page.

(7)

Click on the link for the MyOffice Windows Desktop Application.

(8)

Click the RUN button and follow the instructions to download and install MyOffice.
