You can view (and update) several diaries together.
Diaries can be superimposed in the diary display to show
the combined entries for all the selected diaries.
To show more than one diary you click the
‘Show Multiple Diaries’ checkbox. Selection checkboxes appear
in the diary tree view and you click whichever diaries you want
to include in the superimposed display.
Superimposed diaries are invaluable when organising meetings –
just merge all the attendees’ diaries and look for times when no-one
has any appointments. i.e. blank sections of the overlaid diaries
