Online diaries play a crucial role in the smooth running of any business.
When managing staff, having everyone's schedule ready to hand is a huge time saver and being able to view several
diaries at the same time saves you having to open each diary individually.
MyOffice lets you view (and update) several diaries at the same time ... a great feature for an organisation that
uses a central booking point for appointments, and for managing group schedules and events.
|
- Schedule with ease - get everyone's diary in one view

To show more than one diary you click the
‘Show Multiple Diaries’ checkbox. Selection checkboxes appear
in the diary tree view and you click whichever diaries you want
to include in the multiple diaries display.
There are 2 ways in which you can view multiple diaries:
Viewing online diaries in columns
The following example shows the diaries for 6 people being viewed in the Daily view. Each diary appears as a
column allowing you to see at a glance what everyone is doing.
You can also view online diaries in columns in a weekly and monthly views.
Viewing online diaries in overlaid view
The overlaid view lets you superimpose diaries to show the combined entries for all the appointments.
Superimposed diaries are invaluable when organising meetings –
just merge all the attendees’ diaries and look for times when no-one
has any appointments. i.e. blank sections of the overlaid diaries
To show which appointments belong to which diaries the diary names are displayed in the text for each appointment.
