Multi-user online diaries
Because MyOffice is a full multi-user system, several users can access the same shared diaries and
appointments at the same time. Updates are immediate … so new appointments immediately become
available to other users who are sharing the diary.
Because we hold all of your diary information in a single, central location, there's
no need to synchonise with other devices and applications.
Diary access permissions
You can configure the sharing permissions for each diary, specifying which users have 'read/write'
access to a diary and which users have 'read only' access. This gives you control over which diaries
a user can see and whether or not they can update them or simply view them.
As many online diaries as you like
There's no limit to the number of diaries and calendars you can set up and share
with MyOffice, and there's no charge for diaries.
With no limit on the number of diaries and calendars you can create and share, you've
got complete freedom with regard to how you use them. If you need a diary for each
staff member, a booking diary for the vehicles in your fleet, or even for every
meeting room in your building, you can create and share these within your account
for no extra cost.
Because the diaries in MyOffice are online and updated immediately the system is ideal for customers with a central resource making
bookings for other users e.g. engineers. The engineers can either log on online and check their diaries or automatic emails can be sent
to them advising of the appointments.

Audit Trail of diary appointments
Every time you update a diary the transaction is recorded in the Audit Trail ... so if you subsequently wanted to know which user
created, changed or deleted an appointment you can look in the Audit Trail for diaries and see the before and after details.
View several diaries at a time
Not only can you view shared diaries individually, but you can overlay them to produce a combined view, or you can view the diaries
in columns ... the column view enables you to see several diaries at the same time ... so you can see what each person is doing at say 10am.
If you have several diaries open at the same time you can use one transaction to add the same appointment to all the diaries. This
makes booking meetings easy ... the appointment automatically gets entered in all the attendees' diaries from just one transaction.
MyOffice allows sharing of diaries within your account only. This means that you'll
only be able to share diaries with people you've explicitly decided to share them
with, and you won't accidentally find you've shared information with someone in
the outside world who shouldn't be able to see it.
Never lose an appointment
There's a powerful search facility that searches every field in every appointment ... so if you can't find an appointment, just search
for any short string of text that you know is in the appointment. MyOffice will list all the appointments that match the search.
