There are 4 versions of MyOffice, each designed to be used in different circumstances.
All versions connect directly to the MyOffice servers in 'online' mode via the internet. Updates are instantaneous.
The annual subscription includes the use of all the versions.

This is the version that most people use on a daily basis.
It's the most feature rich version. It's fast, easy to use, and
you can install it on as many PCs as you like.
Like all Windows applications you can display multiple windows, use drag and drop,
right-click menus, cut and paste, and all the other nice features you've become
accustomed to with this kind of application.
Using this version you can access your diaries, contacts, emails, files and tasks
both online and offline.

When you're away from your normal PC and you want to log on to MyOffice you can use the Web Browser version.
It's designed for use from hotels, airport lounges, internet cafes, etc. It doesn't have the full functionality of the Windows
version but is more than adequate for making appointments, checking contacts and doing your email.

This version installs onto your Pocket PC PDA. It runs on Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PCs or Windows Mobile 6 Professional devices,
i.e. ones with touch screens.
The Windows Mobile version is a specially written 'mini' version of MyOffice that connects directly to the MyOffice server.
It uses the inbuilt internet connection provided by GPRS Wireless LAN, GPRS, 3G, Bluetooth etc. to keep you up to date anywhere,
anytime.
Using this version you can access your diaries, contacts and email both online and
offline.

If your a Blackberry or iPhone user, or if you have a mobile that can surf the net,
you can use the Mobile Web Browser version.
