The concept is very simple - you have lists
(called Task Lists) that contain tasks.
You can set up task lists for individuals or
projects or anything that needs doing. Task
lists can be shared by many users and you
control which users have access to the lists.
Because each client's requirements are
different we allow you to configure your own
'User Defined Fields' into the tasks. You can
also control which columns you see in the list
.... so you can view the columns that are
important to you, including user defined fields.

You can give access to other users and have them update progress on tasks.
Delegate tasks to members of your team
Tasks can be assigned to users and the tasks will appear in the users' Today window.
