File Store
Regardless of where you are in the world you can have access to your own private
files or files that you share with other users.
Any files you place in the File Store are stored on the MyOffice server and can
be accessed using either the 'Windows' Desktop version of MyOffice or the Web
Browser version.
You can create folders and set permissions to allow other users to have access to
the folders. You can also store your own personal files which no other user can
see.
Typically you would use the File Store to upload files that you might need when
you are away from the office. e.g. Sales Literature, Service Agreements, Press
Releases .... and download them when you need them.
