Diaries can be fully shared with other users in your account or you can restrict
shared access to specific users.You set diary access permissions to control which users have access to a diary. With shared diaries you can make appointments on behalf
of others.

It works even when the Internet is down
MyOffice works in both 'Online' and 'Offline' mode. In 'Online' mode you connect
via the internet to the MyOffice servers. The 'Offline' capability allows you to work in stand-alone mode and carry on working even when you can't connect to the internet.
So when the internet goes down you can carry on working, confident in the knowledge that your diary appointments will be updated the next time you connect 'online'.
Email and Mobile Phone notifications
You can set up automatic notifications to multiple email addresses and mobile phones to advise when
appointments have been added or modified.
Appointment Reminders
Reminders can be set to remind you of an appointment. e.g. 30 mins before the appointment is due.
The reminders can be sent to anyone via email, text message or pop-up.
Configure your own fields
You can add your own data to appointments by creating your own 'user defined fields'. Use these to
store additional information relevant to your business.
