How it works

MyOffice is a 'Cloud Computing' service.

All data is held on our secure web servers, enabling access from anywhere in the world.

You can connect to MyOffice in several ways:

Windows Desktop version (installed on as many PCs as you like)
Web Browser version
iPhone / iPad app
Android app
Pocket PC (PDA)app
Mobile Browser version (Blackberry, SmartPhone)

Real Time updates

The moment one user enters some data (e.g. an appointment) it will immediately be available to other users. There's no delay. Users logging on from different PCs will immediately see the appointment.

This is possible because all data is held centrally on the MyOffice servers.

Each user connects to the servers via the internet and updates information in real time. There's no syncing or delay ..... just users accessing the same database at the same time.

Log on from home or the office

One of the benefits of MyOffice is that no matter where you log on from you will always see the same up to date information. So, for example, you can log on from home and see all your sent and received emails .... and when you log on using a different PC at another location you'll see the same emails. The same applies when uou use your iPhone or Android phone. You'll see exactly the same emails. When you send an email using your phone it will appear in your 'Sent' folder both on the phone and in the Windows and Web Browser versions.

The same applies to appointments, contacts, tasks, file store, reminders and notes.

This means that you can start to think about working form different locations and using different devices. MyOffice is ideal for people who are on the move or who work from different locations.

Carry on working when the internet is down

In the event of an internet failure you can still carry on working. MyOffice has an 'Offline' capability that allows you to work without being connected to the internet. Any work you do is updated to the servers the next time you go 'Online'.

Full Audit Trail

Everything you do in MyOffice is logged in an Audit Trail ... so if you're looking for a missing transaction, such as an appointment, you can check the audit trail to find out which user moved it or deleted it.
