Creating a task list

  • In the Tasks window, position the mouse anywhere in the body of the Task List, right-click and select the New List option.

    Alternatively, click on the Tasks menu and select the New > Task List option.

  • In the New Task List window, enter the Name of the task.

  • If you want the task list to be accessed by other users, click the Permissions tab and select the users from the list. See Setting task list access permissions for further details.

  • Click the OK button.
