Adding a new task

  • In the Tasks window, select the task list you want to work with and position the mouse anywhere in the right hand list, right-click and select the New option.

    Alternatively, select the task list, click on the Tasks  menu and select the New > Task option.

  • In the New Task window, enter the Task.

  • If required, enter additional information relating to the task. i.e. description, priority, date due, completed status.

  • If required, categorise the task by clicking the Categorise button.

  • Click the OK button.
