You can share folders with other users by giving them access permission.
Only users with File Store Administration
capability can share folders.
To share a folder:

In the File Store window, right-click on the folder you want to
share and select the Edit option.
NB: You can only share top level folders. Sub folders cannot be
shared.

In the Folder Details window click the Sharing tab.

Click the New Read or New Write buttons to give access permission
to other users.

Select the users from the User list and click the Add button.
