Sharing folders

You can share folders with other users by giving them access permission. Only users with File Store Administration capability can share folders.

To share a folder:

  • In the File Store window, right-click on the folder you want to share and select the Edit option.

    NB:  You can only share top level folders. Sub folders cannot be shared.

  • In the Folder Details window click the Sharing tab.

  • Click the New Read or New Write buttons to give access permission to other users.

  • Select the users from the User list and click the Add button.
