Using Distribution Lists

You can create Distribution Lists for contacts and use the lists when sending emails.

The Distribution Lists are created in the Contacts module by specifying a list name and selecting the contacts you want to include in the list.

To send an email to a Distribution List:

  • In the New Email  window, select the Account from which the email is being sent.

  • In the To box, enter the name of the Distribution List.

    Alternatively, in the Send to Recipients window select the Distribution List from the 'Choose from' list.

    If required, enter any Cc: and Bcc: recipients.

  • Enter the Subject name.

  • Enter the Email content.

  • To add an attachment, click the Add Attachments icon and select the file to be added.

  • Click the Send Email icon.
