Importing Emails from Windows Live

To import emails from Windows Live:

  • In the main Email window in MyOffice, click on the Tools menu and select the Import > Windows Live option.

  • Follow the instructions to create a folder on your PC. Drag the emails you want to import from Windows Live to the folder you've just created. When you've done this, click the Next button.

  • Click the Locate Folder button and locate the folder containing the emails to be imported. Click the Next button.

  • Select the destination folder in MyOffice (i.e. the folder the emails are to be imported to) and click the Next button.

  • The import program will calculate and display the number of emails to be imported. Click the Next button to import the emails.

 

Importing Emails from Outlook

If your emails are in Outlook you will need to transfer them to Windows Live before importing them to MyOffice.

To transfer emails from Outlook to Windows Live:

  • In Windows Live, click the File menu and select the Import >Messages option.

  • Follow the instructions to import messages to Windows Live.
