You can view (and update) several diaries together.
Diaries can be superimposed in the diary display to show the combined entries
for all the selected diaries.
This is very useful if you are looking for free dates and times across several
diaries. e.g. Arranging a meeting
To view more than one diary:

Click the 'show multiple diaries' checkbox at the
top of the diary tree view.

In the diary tree view, select the diaries you want to view by clicking
the diary checkboxes.
Each diary selected is superimposed to produce a single view of all the diaries.
If you click a folder, every diary in the folder is selected and included in the
superimposed display.
NB: In Multiple Diaries mode, any appointments you add are added to ALL
the selected diaries.
