Diaries

You can create 'Private' appointments which can only be viewed and edited by yourself.

To create a 'Private' appointment: 

• In the Appointments window, check the 'Private' checkbox.

NB: Regardless of the read/write permissions you have assigned to the diary, other users will be unable to see details of private appointments. They will only see appointment start and finish times together with the word 'Private'.
