There are four ways to view a diary:

Daily view
-
Weekly view
-
Monthly view
-
List view
To change the view click Day, Week, Month
or List Icons.
Alternatively, click the View menu
in the Diary window and select the required view option.
NB. The diary views work in
conjunction with the Appointment Search
feature. After you have searched and found
an appointment, click on the appointment in
the returned search list and then click the
required diary view icon.
