Contacts

Contact activity

Contact activities allow you to record actions against contacts. These can include telephone calls, meetings, and emails. The activities serve as an historical record of dealings with a contact. They can be seen by any user who has access to the contact.

To enter a contact activity:

  • In the Contact window, click on the Activity tab.

  • To add a new activity click the New button.

  • Enter the activity details.

  • If required, select the type of activity from the drop down box.

  • If you want the activity to appear in the Today window, click the 'Display in Today window' checkbox.

  • Press the OK button.
