Contact activity
Contact activities allow you to record actions against contacts. These can include telephone
calls, meetings, and emails. The activities serve as an historical record of dealings with a contact.
They can be seen by any user who has access to the contact.

To enter a contact activity:

In the Contact window, click on the Activity tab.

To add a new activity click the New button.

Enter the activity details.

If required, select the type of activity from the drop down box.

If you want the activity to appear in the Today window, click the
'Display in Today window' checkbox.

Press the OK button.
