Setting up a new user

Log on using a Username that has
User Administration capability.

Click the Tools menu and select the
User Admin
option.

In the User Admin window, click the New
button.

In the User Details window, enter the user details
(Details tab) and any permissions
(Permissions tab) that are required.

If the user requires PDA access, tick
the PDA Enabled checkbox.
Click the OK button.

| NB: Advise the new user of their logon details (account, username & password)
