Online Diary Views
View your diaries in day, week, month, list column and overlaid formats
There are a variety of ways to view your diaries online depending upon whether or not you want to view diaries
individually or view several diaries at the same time.
The 'column' view allows you to view multiple diaries as columns. This is particularly useful if you want to see 'at a glance'
what members of your team are doing. Alternatively, you can view multiple diaries in any of the day, week, month, and list views ...
and see the
appointments from the different diaries overlaid in one view.
In short, MyOffice has online diary views to suit most requirements.
Configure diary characteristics
Each user can configure their own personal view of the diary windows. For example,
one user could view 0900 - 1700 while a different user could view the same diary
from 0800 - 2200.
You can configure:
