It enables you to check your emails and to share diaries, contacts and tasks with other users in your account, in a real time environment.

Existing users of MyOffice can use this app free of charge. If you don't have a MyOffice account you'll need to sign up for our 30 day free trial to try the system.

Email on the Move

Access your inbox and other folders anywhere, check and send emails from anywhere in the world.

The email client lets you view all your folders, inbox, sent mail, quarantine, together with any private and shared folders you've set up.

Work Online or Offline

You don't have to be connected to the internet to use your Android phone app. You can use the app in offline mode and connect online whenever you want to synchronise with the MyOffice servers. To synchronise all you have to do is click the 'Synchronise' button.

Automatic Synchronisation

Whenever you update an email, appointment, contact or task the Android phone app automatically updates the MyOffice servers (providing a connection is available). If there's no connection it stores the change until a connection becomes available ... and then it automatically does the update.

At startup the app automatically synchronises. Thereafter you can click the 'synchronise' icon whenever you require up to date information from the servers.

Simultaneous Logons

You'll probably want to log on using your Android phone at the same time as being logged on to MyOffice with your PC. MyOffice allows you to do this.

Your own data fields

If you've configured your own 'user defined fields' in MyOffice you can view and update thes fields on your Android phone. The app mirrors your diary settings in MyOffice so there's no extra configuring required to use these fields.

Admin Functions

The Android app includes many admin functions such as adding new users, diaries, contact groups and task lists. You can also set up categories and user access permissions.
