How to use the Today window
The MyOffice Today window provides a way group all of your urgent information into
one place, making it easier to keep track of your day. The window is divided into
three sections. The top pane contains your appointments for today, the middle pane
contains your contact-related activities for today, and the bottom section contains
your tasks for today

The Appointments Panel
By default, the appointments panel contains any appointments dated today and located
in your default diary. However, it is possible to configure this panel to show appointments
from other diaries. For further instructions, see
"How to use the Today Window Appointments
panel".
The Current Activities Panel
The Current Activities panel displays Contact Activities that have been assigned
to you, and which are either due today, are overdue, and are not yet marked as "done".
For further instructions on how to manage Contact Activities in the Today window,
see "How to use the Contact Activities panel".
The Tasks Panel
The Tasks panel displays Tasks that have been assigned to you, and which are either
due today, are overdue, and are not yet set to be 100% complete. For further instructions
on how to manage Tasks in the Today window, see "How to use the Tasks panel".
Displaying the Today window on startup
By default, the Today window is shown (in addition to your normal default startup
window) when MyOffice starts only if there are items to display in either the Appointments,
Contact Activities or Tasks panels. With this default settings, if there's nothing
set to appear today, then the window will not be shown when MyOffice starts.
There are three possible settings with regard to showing the Today window on startup.
You can either show the Today window whenever you start MyOffice regardless of whether
there's anything to display, you can show it only when there are items to display
(the default), or you can chose to never show the Today window on startup. To change
this setting, open the 'Tools' menu and move your mouse over the "Show on Start-up"
menu item. The currently selected option will have a tick next to it. To change
the setting, click the setting you require.
